As coronavirus (COVID-19) spreads throughout the world, our thoughts are with those impacted globally and in our local community. The health and safety of our patients, employees, and community is our top priority, therefore, we are monitoring the situation very closely, and are taking all the required precautionary measures.
CareMed will remain open during NY State’s Lockdown
CareMed Primary and Urgent Care’s all locations will remain open, and our providers and staff members are on the front line during the fight against coronavirus. For the safety of our patients and staff, we are taking the following measures:
- We have enhanced our buildings’ cleaning protocols to include more frequent sanitizing, cleaning of patient waiting areas, exam rooms, and medical equipment.
- We are requesting patients with COVID-19 symptoms to not enter the building and wait in their cars while our healthcare professionals perform screening over phone.

Tele-visits:
As part of our ongoing effort to contain the spread of COVID-19, we are encouraging patients to utilize our Tele-visit service as an alternative to office visits.
To schedule a Tele-visit, just call any of our 6 locations during office hours.
Our CareMed staff is fully dedicated and is coming to work every day with a commitment to serve our patients and community during this difficult time. We hope our patients will cooperate with our staff so they may perform their duties better.

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9 AM to 7 PM
Saturdays: 9 AM to 2 PM
West Babylon:
Monday – Friday: 8 AM to 4 PM
Saturdays: 9 AM to 2 PM
Coram:
Monday – Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM
Saturdays & Sundays: 9 AM to 2 PM
Bay Shore:
Monday – Friday: 8 AM to 4 PM
Saturdays : 9 AM to 2 PM
